Previous Projects
A few projects that we were privileged to build
Twix Spoon
Mars Incorporated | Polymer Components
We utilized 3D scanning to reverse engineer a critically endangered part for Mars. This spoon pushes the caramel onto the Twix cookie.

After 3D scanning the existing piece, we used a blend of organic and parametric design software to reduce polygon count and make a clean, 3D printable file.
We were then able to assist in the tooling and injection molding of this part. This not only saved the Twix bar, but several subsequent revisions reduced their scrap rate by 80%.

Backpack Spacer | Vaucluse Gear
This project is an excellent example of how we keep our clients’ best interests in mind. This project started entirely as an idea. We conducted a thorough budget analysis, and we closely communicated with our client through the drawing, modeling, fabrication, and manufacturing of the product.

Height Gauges | Vitesco
Through our partnership with Thyssenkrupp, we have supplied several 3D-printed gauges for several OEMs in the automotive sector.

These height gauges were designed by Vitesco and fabricated by Protoproof for their quality division, which oversees parts sent to NISSAN.

Atlas Trailers | Rolling Video Games
With this project, we produced several sub-assemblies for different trailer accessories, and we factored all of these into a global inventory system that is directly linked to their material vendors. Now, they can order whole assemblies with the click of a mouse.
Reusable Aerosol Can | Cenco Inc.
This project is an excellent example of how we keep our clients’ best interests in mind. This project started entirely as an idea. We conducted a thorough budget analysis, and we closely communicated with our client through the drawing, modeling, fabrication, and manufacturing of the product.
